Frequently Asked Questions

In order to form the final price and complete offer, our communication always starts with these five main questions:

  • Which company do we start cooperation with? (basic public information about the company)
  • What goods are in question?
  • What is the monthly volume?
  • Which market is the goods intended for?
  • What is the delivery address (addresses)?

Inquiries with this information should be sent to sales@sunartworld.com. You will receive a response from our sales department within 48 hours with the price and further steps.

It all depends on the wishes of the end customer:
The buyer can provide transportation himself – in this case, SunArt provides loading of goods at a previously agreed time at the agreed address. The buyer is obliged to send the appropriate transport vehicle at the agreed time for loading the goods.

SunArt provides transport to the customer’s final address – in which case the customer is obliged to provide sufficient space for delivery of goods and unloading at the agreed time. SunArt is responsible for loading and transporting the goods to the delivery address.

We strive to provide the necessary information to our end customers at all times. If the transport of goods lasts several days and includes combined transport (ship/road) or import/exit customs clearance, the buyer can get the status and movement of goods at any time by sending an inquiry to office@sunartworld.com or by sending an SMS, Viber or WhatsApp messages to phone number + 381 69 520 54 23

Yes. Many of our suppliers are not part of the EU market, while most of our customers are in the EU. SunArt also provides full support in these cases and assumes all logistics and payment of all costs during customs clearance of goods. The buyer received the goods at his address and is obliged to pay only local taxes and VAT. At what parity the goods are delivered to the customer (EXW, DAP, DAP+ custom formalities or DDP) depends only on the customer’s wishes.
